so how much will they actually get as a lump sum, and how much per year instead?
seems a bit of false advertising to have to take a reduced amount as a lump sum, although i guess these ppl aren't complaining too much!

Hurrah for the kids who resigned - I hate the 'oooh it won't change me' ok if you're a surgeon or a teacher or an artist - something that people don't do purely to make a living, but for the checkout mums who say that they'll stick to their jobs i just think WHY!?!?!

ok, i was under the impression that you dont get 100% as a lump sum, the only way to get it all is in installments
