come out station, take the first left past the bridge, virtually straigh past the shop and then the 2nd right there is:

Walkabout - full of students then

opposite walkabout you have strip club, cobras.

again straigh out of station straigh the bridge, booze on the right, marriner done his book signing there apprently. further up there is weatherspoons.

further up from there is varisty and royal london.

on that road to the left is a revolutions, forget the boozer next to it though

like the chappy said after yates, further up past kfc then to the left there is litten tree and some grebo pub across it.

few others but i cant be bothered to go through them all
Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:03 PM GMT
clarkson, stay in revolution and perhaps the place called quadrant afterspoons and before the others.
Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:05 PM GMT
im trying to think of the other pubs, there is the main road where buses run along

one is called goose in the city, like a weatherspoons but not a weatherspoons, before that there is another but forget the name

every single on e i named is about 5 mins walk from each other max

loads of bookies as well.
Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:05 PM GMT

lol
Report redferrari November 9, 2009 7:17 PM GMT
theres a new bar/grill/restaurant called PRIMO which opened a coupel of weekends ago dunno if its any good though, its down by Beatties car park
Report Zelda November 9, 2009 7:18 PM GMT
Cobras is good if you want to go to a strip club. No pressure to buy dances when you are in there and the drinks are cheap enough...
Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:18 PM GMT
I dont live in wolves

used to have mates there so been there a lot

last time i went was for footie, not done a night out for 3years

so the pubs may have renamed etc
Report redferrari November 9, 2009 7:19 PM GMT
PRIMO is where Pepitos was for 30 years...

Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:19 PM GMT
agreed

i named cobras

i used to know the bouncers there

i thought it was a good place

the head bouncer does the walkabout, and then watches door for them.

great staff
Report redferrari November 9, 2009 7:20 PM GMT
if u want a lappy get a taxi to Spearmint rhino on the Hagley road Brum, and drop by Maxims casino (the old Midland Wheel Club) on the way there or back
Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:21 PM GMT

Report redferrari November 9, 2009 7:22 PM GMT
The Cuban Exchange on Cheapside (that is the actual name of the street, Fringe is just round the corner from there!!!)
Report redferrari November 9, 2009 7:22 PM GMT

in that same area they did have reflex

but wolves during the week is dependent on the student nightlife

shame the gig was not later in the week

you need to start on a whole day session.

thats what I would so anyway

:-)
Report clarkson November 9, 2009 7:26 PM GMT
we are hoping to arrive about 2pm so should be on it from about 4 minutes past 2.
Report 8sid November 9, 2009 7:28 PM GMT
