if you're going to write a letter to a dead soldier's mother, wouldn't it be a good idea to check how she spells her surname, for crying out loud.
It seems the excuse from Downing Street is that Mr Brown is very busy and writes lots of these letters. SO WE'VE NOTICED! I wonder if Mr Brown has any ideas how he might need to write less letters of this nature in the future?? |

At least it does look as if he DID write it - better than a standard printed letter and signature.

if I was grieving over a lost loved one I don't think I would be interested in contacting the media to tell them how angry I was :(

nice touch from Brown. A few spelling mistakes but not a standard spellchecked computer generated note! Feel for her losing her son , scandalous she saw fit to share a private note with a rag.
