The funniest few minutes of a film ever is the scene in Porky's where the female matriarch gym teacher is trying to tell the headmaster about how they can find the guy who put his diick through the hole in the shower room wall.

Dumb and dumber a good call, but has got to be Ace Ventura 2 - in particular the plane scene

The whole film, 4thsteet, is the funniest ever. With the Holy Grail close up. Because it's funny all the way through. Laurel and Hardy managed it, Dumb and Dumber and Airplane are good too, but most comedies are funny in places.

I reckon you could pick any 4 minute part of the film and get similar - like the bit where Brian is chased into the pit with the bloke in it who's taken a vow of silence.

I agree with Buffy on the last two, but I think there are funnier bits in Spinal Tap, much as I love that scene.

Funniest scene on Tap from me was the 'backstage arrangements/bigger bread' bit, among the many. It's one of my favourite films of all time - and easily the one I've watched the most. Still can't get into Withnail & I, however.

My fav part of Dumb & Dumber was when they said they had been driving all night and according to the map they had only travelled one inch. Brilliant.
