I'm sure you've already been appraised, but for the vast majority of you who are just waking up, most of those DVD sized amazon packages going out today are likely to be the new Call of Duty game, (just in case you haven't sorted your xmas presents out yet or need to eBay some merchandise for a few more bottles of White Lightning).

our postman's getting later and later these days ... post delivered at 5pm!!
Not just Christmas rush but stops to chat with everybody ... think he must be lonely.
Anyway, he'll be so late that it will become an early morning post.
(But quite a nice guy, just a bit too chatty)

When they said that the second post would be scrapped, what really happened is that they scrapped the first post!
Mine used to come between 09:00 & 10:00. Now it comes as late as 15:30.
I also recall the most generous of gestures, where they introduced "self collect".
This was to be entirely free of charge, which is astonishing, in an age where we are all used to being ripped off!

The 'second post' should be scrapped, or at least put on hold 'til Ken's return. He owned second posts.
