My Sky Plus Box wont go on.
I've tried turning off for 10 mins and then plugging it back on but still nothing
1 - any ideas or is it fooked?
2- tried calling sky but never get through

Keep trying to turn it on.

Haddock...if it dont come back on ring sky and tell em yer totally pi$$ed off with the product and you wish to cancel your subs asap.....i can guarantee you will have a new sky box by the end of next week
You could try disconnecting the two screw in connections in the back.Then put them back in
Is it a thomson box? is it stuck on standby or dead? if you have the red standby light its a good chance its the psu, about £20 to** check out ebay.
spoke with Sky
if your box jams press the left and right key on right hand side of the box
turn on the power keeping holding right and left and key and Bobs yer Uncle
The only thing is it wipes the programmes recorded on sky +
Keep this tip chaps it may come in handy

strangely my sky + box i put upstairs because it wouldnt record or anything a year ago has just started fully working again for some reason
