was gonna leave sky a couple of months back 'cos fed up with their billing etc always being wrong

guy talked me round a bit (its his job of course), and placates me with .....

"We will give you £40 credit on your account to stay with us sir, then you wont have a bill
for next month September, how does that sound?"

"ok, i'll give you one more go"............................fool fool fool

September comes and despite my phone call asking if i'm forty quid in credit
and them saying yes, then me saying so you won't take the direct debit for £38.50
this month? and them agreeing it still got taken"

Now they've pi$$ed me off again, make the same said phonecall as above and told not to
worry sir its definately sorted for Octobers bill and you will not get charged

guess what, direct debit £38.50 taken again, cnuts the lot of them

so this month let em try again, i've cancelled the direct debit, have some of that!

all i'm saying is these cnuts think that ur an absolute cnut to believe their trash
you never see the fekin forty quid they offer you to stay cos it sits in your account
as credit and they keep taking the dd's till the cows come home so you dont have it

well go fek yourselves Sky, you're a million getting another penny, and i'll bet 1.01 on that ;)

They're a monopoly.
And they behave like one.

Worst organisation in the UK.

I had huge payments (almost £200) taken in September and October. Emailed to query these ridiculous payments taken without my consent. I said I was not happy and thinking about cancelling with immediate effect.

Intelligent Indian mailed me back, saying he cancelled my contract as requested. Absolutely clueless.

July "hello would you like upgrade to sky HD, multiroom and broadband for about the same as your paying now"

Me "okay"

Last week NOVEMBER I finally got exactly that, over 55 hours of logged phone call complaints, 4 written letters (3 were recorded mail) all 4 were ignored. Countless e-mails and online complaints filed.

Just had a £82 bill for October and next one is a big one (because my phone calls are over £40 extra).

I'm a bit vexed with sky

- failing to turn up
- failing to do multi room
- HD box that didn't work
- coiled wire 1 foot high going across room

===========================
THAT sums it up..
Pizz poor service , voted joint worst Calls Service + After Sales Service ..
Like ALL monopolies they ONLY try when they have some kind of reasonable opposition ---
If NTL is in the area they soon have their act together ...
FIRST thing Sky ask you is , whats your postcode , so they can check if NTL is in your area ...
If NTL aren't ...you might as well hang up there + then ..
As Sky just grind you into the Monopoly dust ...

With Sky, like any other big company, it seems to be pot luck as regards the service you get.

I had them for about 10 years before i left England and never had a problem with them. A couple of times i had a problem with either the Digibox or the Remote Control and got talked through how to**by a woman with a very sexy Scottish accent!

Its the same with Banks, Utilitiy Compaies etc. If you have a bad experience with them and mention it down the pub or at work some will say " i know, i've had the same problems, they're cr@p!!" yet others will say " Oh, i've been with them for years, never had a problem".

YER MAN is right. I am staggered when I read that First Direct have the best customer services of all the banks. When I was with them, they were the biggest cúnts in the world.

While I'm on the topic...

E-on
npower
Vodafone
O2
Royal Bank of Scotland
Lloyds TSB
Nationwide
Egg

And many, many others...
