With The Jukebox Man ruled out for the season, it looks like 2 horse race between Mullins's Ballyburn and Dancing City

Why? Neither looked particularly good in their last outing. Dancing City looks outright slow. Henderson & Eliott have both got decent chances, and Mullins has more than you've mentioned.

Bally Burn's only loss was 2nd to Sir Gino over 2 miles and Dancing City has only lost once. They deserve to head the market IMO.

"They deserve to lead the market" is very different from "it's a two horse race".

I’ve not been taken by Dancing City at all. Won both races comfortably enough but style and form nothing to write home about 4/1 seems very short.

If Ballyburn wins impressively at weekend think he’ll be very short for Browns…maybe even money. Was never an Arkle horse and those taking 5/4 for that race can get some money back with the 11/4 on offer now.

I said looks like, no that it was a 2 horse race. Like others, I am only stating my opinion.

Should be a hugely informative race at Leopardstown on Sunday, with 5 of the top 8 in the betting for the Brown declared.

I will be particularly interested in how Impaire Et Passe runs. He did not impress me much on his last run

cracking racing at the dub fest ....a real treat !

Very impressed with Ballyburn and my doubts about Impaire Et Passe were confirmed.

BB clearly deserves to be favourite, but it would concern me that he was outjumped at nearly every fence by Croke Park or Champ Kiley. Still, his opposition seems to have thinned out over the last weekend.

I was impressed with the confidence Townend had in him when coming to the last it looked like Croke Park was putting it down to him but Townend knew he had loads of horse left under him and went away on the run in and they were quicker than the 130 handicapper carrying 20lb more. Agree with Strontium though, he loses ground at his fences and the question is whether the cumulative affect of that will tip the balance that his class edge can't compensate for.
