I'm sorry Hibore, but these look poor runnings of the Bula, Cleeve and Cotswold to me. The juvenile & novice hurdles stand out as the most interesting races.

I’m going on Saturday and looking forward to it.
Obviously the Cotswold Chase & Cleeve Hurdle will have no impact for March. Nevertheless, they are intriguing races. I think L’Homme Preese is way short at Even Money and have backed Gentlemansgame at 11/4. I don’t trust Chantry House and Stage Star won’t stay the trip. Crambo had his day at Ascot in December which will not be repeated, Strong Leader is a bit thin at 5/2 but probably the most likely winner. I’ve thrown a few quid each way at Ga Law 20/1 for what it’s worth! The Triumph Hurdle trial looks good, though again I think the fav is too short at 4/5 and have taken him on tentatively with Stencil and Believeitanducan each way at 10s and 16s respectively. In the opening novice handicap chase I have backed Mastaccio at 13/2 (top weights have a good record in the race) I don’t trust Jagwar completely! The last race, I have not bet as I reckon the betting is correct, and will just enjoy the race. My nap for the day is GINNYS DESTINY in race 3 who I have backed with relish at 6/1. I’ll forgive him the November run and Huntingdon was never going to suit. Good luck all. |

Could be a stellar meeting if horses turn up as planned.
Could we really see Sir Gino take on The new lion ![]() Something for everyone. |

Sorry I missed ur post from last year but time will tell if there are more winners at leopardstown (Fairyhouse) to repeat at Cheltenham.
But what are these trials for apart from a few races |

Nowhere else to go for the new lion I suppose sir gino could go to wincanton hopefully not.didn’t think much of the Cotswold chase four of the entries wouldn’t win the gold cup if they set of yesterday, still it does look a very good card.

You were a year early with Quebecois Hibore. Very nearly pulled off a nice priced win in the novice handicap and would not be without a chance in the similar race in March.
