I was about to add my placepot selections to the Betfair Tote for Cheltenham today but noticed they still include the runners for the abandoned 4:10 race. Should I add my pick for the abandoned race as I would have done originally in race 5? Confused!

you just stick any horse whats in the race in it will be treated as a walk over according to westberks on the horse racing forum!
