The only people who could be hoping Marie's Rock runs in the Stayers are those with a runner in this race, and those who haven't backed it.
If she goes here, she wins easily. Currently, a sea of blue on Oddschecker.
It isn't the race people are making out. Epatante and Honeysuckle are both on the downgrade and likely to have their stamina stretched. Marie's Rock already shown that she is better than Epatante, and has likely improved since. Love Envoi a Grade 2 horse at best. Theatre Glory a Grade 3 horse. Funny how they are happy to supplement a horse with no chance, but seemingly don't want to run the winner. The Irish runners are not good enough to do anything but place.

All about opinions. To me this race looks as tough as the stayers therefore if she were my horse she'd be going for the more prestigious race is the stayers.

Despite having a small ante post on Love Envoi, this now looks a seriously strong race and her stable is right out of form. I am now leaning strongly towards Epatante at the current prices.

At the prices I'm with Brandy Love, happy to assume that the run back was just Mullins desperate to get a run into her, going the right way round and is really unexposed, she could be absolutely anything, I don't know but is there not just this air about her that they think she might be something special??.
I think Marie's Rock is an obvious danger but is short enough now and as visually impressive as the Relkeel was, what was in behind her??, she's just short enough now for me.It was a surprise to everyone what she did last year at the prices she went off, couple of lengths in front of Epatante in Ireland when that one seemed to have been a little bit off but was still an odds on shot to beat her. Epatante seemed to have a bit more of her sparkle back last time and is three times the price....I don't think you can be dogmatic about this race, well I can't anyway

Can't believe that Love Envoi is 14/1 but Harry Fry is totally out of form. I suppose Honey should win as this is a class below what she has taken on before.

Just watching the reply. What an emotional sight at the winner's enclosure? I've never seen anything like that before; owner hugging trainer; trainer hugging jockey; wife and son of trainer hugging jockey and owner. So fitting for the ending of a brilliant career for a brilliant horse.
Happy retirement Honeysuckle!!

Certainly was. The biggest show of emotion since Best Mate won his third Gold Cup when I managed to gate crash the press area on the steppings near the weighing room as everywhere else was taken.
