They slashed the prices alright, but I don't think they have gone NRNB yet. Probably in preparation for announcing it tomorrow along with 265 and the rest.

In fairness to Skybet, like last year they are showing 2 markets for each race... 1 NRNB and if you scroll below that to 'Antepost' there is a second show for a conventional antepost market. I suspect they have made the latter a bit more work to find so that punters don't later claim their bet was NRNB.
They may not have a multitude of prices that I want to take on either version, but credit where credit's due. It's nice to have the choice.

The bookies can't wait to go NRNB with all you mugs looking to fleece yourselves long term basically taking over-rounds that will always be in the bookies favour. Difference is it is worse for you taking NRNB well in advance of races rather than day of race NRNB prices because for the same sht over-rounds that guarantee you lose you don't know how your hoerse is going to be close to the race.
You are maybe taking 2 races to get there with a trial run in which your horse could bomb meaning your funds will be tied up for months so you can't bet on anything else and if it runs you have a longer price no-hoper to look forwards to in x months time. Are you all totally insane honest question?

Instead you can take a price that isn't in the clutches of day of race NRNB (but months in advance, read that again you are insane) on something whose connections will go all out in getting their horse there for their biggest day out of the year to go into the history books. You have taken away this advantage punters had albeit a subtle one. Words fail me how thick punters can be.

Eric to be fair, some sites are NRNB and BOG, some even allow you to edit the bet, so if you had Facile vega in a multi bet, you could either change him to a different horse (even one in a diffetent race) or take him out of the bet altogether.

depends on the horse surely. There will be some races where it will pay to take the NRNB price.
Example, Slybet are currently best priced on Delta Work for the Cross Country (Evs boosted to 11/10, NRNB). Thats a very solid bet IMO, so I've had a decent wedge on it.

Ok so how about your NRNB bets now where you have day of race prices while not knowing the ground on the day which is hugely important at Cheltenham. At least day of race NRNB prices you can have the choice of not backing a horse at sht prices because the ground wont be suitable.
Good lord I will never understand punters willingness to be led to their own downfall while thinking they have a good deal.
