Only got this from my mate from Jumpers To Follow , but apparently from April 2023 six year olds will be unable to run in bumpers , (seven have won Champion Bumper since 2005 ).

Quite an odd new rule.
Especially for backward types.
But on the plus side it will stop 6 year olds wasting their season being aimed at the Cheltenham bumper
