Put up Appreciate it, honeysuckle, galvin and put the kettle on so far. To say things are goung well is an understatement. The wife has been busy all night trying to order a new kitchen .

Meanwhile I have been loading up on "The Shunter" , this trainer is an epsom derby winner  , a lovely lad , known him years girlfriend served at Galway .  The horse does his best with very little weight, its now got that very little weight with a young seven pound claiming rider on it (not a plus). Will he be able to handle the hustle bustle of cheltenham, well he ran over there this winter and peed in. So has that last race taken it out of him? On at 8\1 e w .....expected to be thereabouts !
