It seems the name Mullins and not keeping the public informed seems to go hand in hand.
Not entered in the National Hunt Chase, but entered in Grade 1 three mile novice. She has absolutely no chance in the race she has been entered in. What chance have punters got when connections don't appear to have a clue. Before her disappointing run last time - never travelled - she was second favourite for the National Hunt Chase and was still around 16/1 before bookmakers pocketed the ante-post money. What chance have punters got? You accept injuries but you cannot legislate for crazy decisions. They just benefit bookmakers.
My guess is she won't go to Cheltenham at all and will run in the Irish National. It is a shame we have to guess.

Willie Mullins is probably the greatest ever jump racing trainer. Trying to out think him is akin to undestanding why anyone would vote for trump. You just cant do it.

Is it not the bookmakers that offer these odds when entries stage has still not been reached.
So in effect you bet in a race where entries are not known to the public. I know this happens a lot of races and you probably get it right that the horse will be entered but you can't crab the trainers when they don't enter in the race you bet in. |
