So this is the craziest thing I have ever known. Wh have split them alphabetical. They allow you to put horses from the middle and third group in multiples but not the first. My advice would be to not speak to them because the middle and 3rd groups may be the mistake and they may stop them rather than free up the first alphabetic group.

On this subject and apologies if I am teaching grandmother e.t.c one of the angles I am finding useful is find novices that might not quite make it and get diverted to handicaps. For example precious cargo might move from being a marginal arkle candidate to a shorter price grand annual candidate if he doesn’t make the grade as a top novice.so having 25s any race suddenly looks big if he ends up being fav for grand annual. Alternatively if he turned out to be a star then that’s ok coz you still have a nice price. Win win.
