i like this fella only had a hand full of runs in his career and looks highly progressive has similar form with with minella indo and although btn by that horse at chelt and punchestown  over hurdles there is not that much between the 2 and allaho is around 20/1 in the shops , not a bad intro when 2nd to stablemate easy game on jumps debut, stays lightly raced and wpm seems to hold him in some regard going by comments previously and ast the prices may be a bit of value .
selection rsa chase ..allaho ...20/1 1 point each way . good luck and comments inputs  and criticism taken on the chin  .................

Big fan of the horse. Have been taking 20s the last few weeks. Hopefully they will run him in the flogas at the Dublin racing festival next. Travels so well through his races.

Yes he's interesting, if he runs in the RSA I'd like to see him make it a real stern test, he has been caught out before staying on well again, firstly at Punchestown and then last time. Incidentally, just how strong does this years RSA look, it has got a whole heap of depth to it, looks the best Novice chase by a good way.

Yes Foyle.

I think there could be a case (like last year ) for backing both , they have very similar profiles and MI looked a natural at Navan . But Allaho is a year younger and could (at 3x the price ) be value to find plenty of improvement .

won as the odds said he should ,happy with that could go jlt and have covered that to a smaller extent .

It’s style of running gives the impression that it will stay all day, and yet always seems very tired at the end!
Has it ever been taken on for the lead? I’d imagine it will in March.

Came from off the pace in the potato race last year , and was also given an entry in the 4 miler (which probably means nothing ) . Mullins comments seem to imply its a horse thats hard to get fit ,

wpms said after yesterdays win "he will take up an engagement at cheltenham  we will see ,wether its the rsa or marsh ,ill have a word with paul and see what he says " i would think he goes straight to cheltenham unless paul thinks he needs another day out " a coin toss id say bud thats why i have also had a bit on for the marsh .

This won’t stay the trip in the RSA.
My notes say horses of similar pedigree also are mainly 2 milers!
No wonder it’s looked knackered in a few races!

I know it was 3rd in an Albert Bartlett last year, but I’ve watched the race back and Ruby was at his best, hardly moving a muscle, conserving as much of the horses energy as possible.
Townend is no Ruby!
The Albert Bartlett has been known to finish a horse off in the past due to the relentless gallop they go so I’d be against Minella Indo aswell!

yes i am happy with that and would be delighted if it was any other trainer saying that ,but its willie and he changes his mind more times than we change our socks .

I just noticed on one of the atr blogs saying this horses final sectional time at Fairyhouse was very impressive.
Glad I’ve not laid it, but still won’t be backing it.

As much as I think he is better off running in the marsh I think you'll get a run for your money here foyleswar luckily for you he also has 2 valid runners in the marsh although I think easy game will probably end up at fairyhouse we will see but I'd make him odds on to run in the rsa. Good shout pal whichever way he goes
By:

When: 04 Mar 20 08:12
yes harry possible he will go rsa i would have said probable but willie has been known to change his mind on the odd occasion ,anyway a bit of a mission just trying to predict what races  these novices will end up in let alone trying to pick the  actual winner  . just part of the game i suppose .  have a good  and profitable festival guys
By:

When: 04 Mar 20 08:22
totally agree with that which makes betting on the races very hard. if the betting is anything to go by i think you'll get your bet running in the rsa. like you say though trying to predict willie mullins is not easy
By:

Have same bet as you Foyles , grounds for optimism are that he is a year younger than Minella Indo , travelled widest of all in the Bartlett and had to do a bit of weaving turning in , albeit well beaten . Plus Ruby has been very RSA positive . That said if Champ jumps cleanly ..........

if minella indo runs like last year will take some beating, looked to be tanking through the race and you would have been confident it wouldnt get home but seemed to storm up the hill in decent time, going to take a good one to beat him if in same form as last year unless lack of chase experience tells
