Presumably though if there are ownership problems they cant sell either ..... whose money would it be e.t.c. .????  To your point though I would be amazed if there isn’t a queue of owners sniffing around waiting to see how the cards fall and having preparatory dialogue in the background. At all costs racing needs to avoid the horse being banned from the blue riband it would be a catastrophe for racing imo

So just read it. Needs a smarter man than me to unravel all the permutations but what a mess. I hope when they talk about being open to a re registration under accepted ownership structures that they mean within a sub section of the current supreme racing syndicate and not some pseudo ‘ entire capital’ syndicate because I can just imagine who might appear and claim the mantle of knight in shining armour and that might just be my lot with racing

Allowed to race again apparently and now 6/1 for the Gold Cup behind Lostintranslation at 4. I am baffled as to why Bristol de Mai is 25/1 others when he made Lostintranslation fight all the way and went down by just 1.5 lengths.

He's 2/1 fav in the Savills Chase on 28th Dec Leopardstown; Presenting Percy, Road To respect and Al Boum Photo and a few others are the in the frame too.

A very good 1st run back; snatched 3rd from Presenting Percy in the Savills Chase yesterday. Next the Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown in Feb, according to Mullins, where no doubt he'll probably start fav.
