going .no problem .
plenty of positives and the only negatives i can see are age and the possible effect of a heavy fall last time . a champion hurdle winner and has won on his 3 completed starts over 3 miles . can lead or sit off a lead . no way of knowing how the race would have panned out last time but loooked to be going l a few lengths behind apples jade who was jinking slightly right at the hurdles . only had 19 races in total so not many miles on the clock, of course at the age of 11 he wont be improving but he may not need to as last seasons punchestown win would be good enough to put him right up there and we dont know if he has regressed and at 5/1 or better i am having a few quid on to win . petit mouchoir is a bit of an unkown quantity stepping up in trip and at a big price around 40s on here could be worth a few quid .

The m/c best ratings has been in Ireland The fav is rated 9 lbs higher than Big Bucks first win On the other hand the m/c is trying to emulate his stablemate Nichols Canyon who also fell in his previous race  |

Will he finish the race given the troubled prep over the last 2 years? He's getting long in the tooth, and on the down-grade; was gifted a soft lead by his stablemate (Penhill) in his last victory; 5/1 2nd fav is based solely on past glories, not present form.
The health niggles concerned Douvan, Penhill, Min and possibly Footpad (well-being known prior) are negatives for me. |
