Find it hard to believe that Elliott is planning to run a 5 year oder in the Albert Bartlett. Surely more suited to the Ballymore.

Also think the Supreme would be a more suitable race for Battleoverdoyen.

Any thoughts

Oh by the way I also think that he should run Delta Work in the JLT.  Neither he nor giggingstown have had much luck in the RSA.

Financial interest is any race so will get a run but probably in wrong races

I have backed both of these.

No reason for Delta Work to go anywhere other than the RSA. There has been absolutely nothing since he beat Le Richebourg to suggest otherwise. It would be ludicrous to switch on the basis they haven't had much luck in the race. Perhaps they just haven't had a horse good enough to win?

I originally thought Commander Of Fleet should stick with the Ballymore but on reflection he looks a thorough stayer and the Albert Bartlett would probably suit him better. You should surely match horses to the races that would suit best, not stats.

Three Gigginstown horses backed today:-

Champagne Classic (JLT)
Samcro (Stayers)
Commander Of Fleet (Albert Bartlett)

Battleofdoyen needs to step up whichever race he runs in.

I would be concerned with the stats for COF. Think a stiff 2 miles 5 is sufficient at his age.

With regards Delta Work I believe the easier of the 2 races is the JLT. He has also shown stronger form at or around the JKT distance.

Thanks for that help. Many people will have already taken a view. It's called ante-post betting.

Delta Works win against Le Richebourgh is the best form over 2 1/2 miles. The Hill will suit Delta to a tee.

Avoids Santini in the RSA which is the apple of jockey and trainers eyes.

Watched lots of replays today, Santini will win RSA

I think Le Richebourg is more of a 2 miler than 2 and a half.

Delta is a shorter price but when has that been a definite reason for it running in said race. Best form at 2 1/2 and lesser opposition. Look at racing post results when Le richebourge won over 2 1/2 - JOB pretty convinced LR was a 2 1/2 plus hire. Delta soon changed his mind.

My bets any race so I’ll get a run. As stated previously I believe best chance is in HLT. Opposition poor.

And Delta Isnt better than either of them? The exchanges have been wrong on numerous occasions and I’ve suffered on some of those occasions!!!

tbf i really rate DW and have decided to back him for RSA . The form line with le Richebourg is outstanding and i fancy him to win the Arkle also . nice double if it happens!!!

I think a faster pace and the Cheltenham hill will play into Santini's stamina and forte; 3/1 is fair given the lack of depth of opposition outside Delta Work and Topofthegame. I also think Defi De Seuil is a good thing in the JLT only if the ground is good and not easier - his stamina could be suspect up that Cheltenham hill.

I've missed the price on Commander Of Fleet prior to his win in the Nathaniel Lacy. As such, still a watching brief.
