Similar thing happened with Jury Duty in NH Chase last night, just happened to looking at it at the time, thought the same (it must be out), but it only seemed to be a few pounds changing hands, then it went back to normal. You can see the spike on the activity graph
Could be someone testing the bots out while the steaks are low

Spoofers know people have the jitters after Top Notch announcement. Ideal time for them to try and spoof a low steaks market.
