For those put away by Mr Elliott's comments "the 4 miler is tailor made for him..." etc I understand he has now napped him for the RSA and Jury Duty is his runner in the 4 miler. Don't know why we bother asking these trainers what their intentions are before Cheltenham...

I was under the impression that Elliott wanted to run Dounikos in the 4 miler, but Gigginstown wanted the RSA. Seems like they've won.

Gigginstown do have previous. Remember Don Poli (tailor made for the 4 miler according to Mullins) and then when they opted for the RSA (clearly the right decision), they ran Wounded Warrior in it too when he was probably a lay down for the NH Chase! We are probably in for a few more race selection volte-faces before the week is out.
