Really like this mare. Was very impressive lto and is now rated 152. This gives it a chance in the Supreme let alone the Mares race. Due to run this weekend at Doncaster and if it wins easily again, although the opposition is better, I think connections may be tempted to run in the Supreme getting the sex allowance. On at 9-2 for the Mares but took the10s nrnb with 365 just in case.

More than happy with that performance against experienced mares. Will be hard to beat back against novices at the festival. Where is the Mullins mare?

MB has no chance against the Mullins / Elliot / Henderson crew.

Damn. Meant to back Laurina this morning. Forgot. That said, Maria's Benefit's form is probably still better and Laurina is favourite because Willie Mullins always wins this race. She was very impressive in beating a load of rags; it was priced as a two-horse race and the other short one fell.

It's worth pointing out that Edmunds trained his first festival winner last year (a 40/1 shot).

I think he's good enough if she is...

Thankfully nrnb but hopefully she still makes it to the mares novice race

She’s had a cracking season! Deserves her day in the sun! Think the Mullins horse may prove too good mind!

Any kind of setback like this isn’t ideal at this stage. It’s such a shame for the smaller yards when something like this happens
