Tomorrow on Wednesday March 1 from 7.30pm, you can tune into a live stream right here to listen to expert panelists Betfair ambassadors Paul Nicholls and Gordon Elliot alongside Kevin Blake and our very own Newsboy, also known as David Yates. Plus the panel will also be chaired by Gary O'Brien from At The Races.

I thought it was a bit of fun, interesting listening to Elliott and blake .

two points stand out in a fairly enjoyable session

a) elliotts very high opinion of death duty (surprisingly betfair sportsbook best at 11/4)

b) dave **** too far up himself

the Q&A at the end was a bit of a shambles but partly down to the relatively nonsensical questions asked

I thought it was very good.

I thought Elliott's high opinion of The Storyteller was more taking! Kevin Blake is really excellent.

i thought it was good viewing ,   yates made a few good points as well,  , nice to see varying opinions and a few snippets that i hadnt picked up on previously.

I generally hate these preview nights but thought last nights was decent enough. We learned Gordon wants to run Tombstone in the County over the Champion now due to his mark, he is happy with the marks given to Noble Endeavor (who he seemed to fancy, I do too), Diamond King (who he seemed to fancy too) and fancied The Storyteller. Another of Gordon's who interested me was Runfordave who he said was not a definite runner and he clearly thinks the world of Death Duty seen as he was mad for Monalee if going for the Neptune.

Nicholls didn't add much but was interesting he really seemed to like his thing in the mares novice hurdle who I hadn't taken much notice off previously.

Also it seems Gordon's best chance of winning the Gold Cup is going for the Ryanair

Despite the luke warm general consensus on Yorkhill's  jumping going into the JLT, I took note that Blake was really strong on him and he was even more buoyed by the fact that Patrick Mullins rates Yorkhill along with Carter Mckay as his two best bets of the meeting.

The Charli Parcs debate was funny although I actually felt a bit sorry for Yates in the endGrin

bit of a dull preview. several boring dour blokes with none of the humour that we have come to expect from these nights. used to have the couch on but presumably his filthy mouth was too much for them.

also some of the analysis of races was very superficial, for example the ryanair looks like one of the most open races, but all that was really said was that they fancied empire of dirt and very little mention of anything else.
