A client of mine has a 1 bed house with open plan lounge and kitchen to rent out during Cheltenham week
Bedroom has one double bed and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge
Property is located in Tewkesbury (9 miles from course) with regular bus service to and from. Tewkesbury contains many pubs, restaurants etc

ton for the week mate......only 15 of us coming,will that be a problem.
Client still has property available if anyone is stuck looking
Hotel Birmingham roughly £30-50pppn £25.20 return train daily every 10 to 20 minutes from 0930 till late job done!
Client is open to sensible offers to be fair, would sleep up to 4
Property is available for 5 nights, can sleep up to 4 people, client after £1k for the week
looks to me a bargain I am stoping in Cheltenham and paying 1k
for 4 nights for myself

Why punt heavy and in ones opinion informed and diligently. Pay good money for tickets and sleep like a 17 year old student with not a bob.
I can't understand paying big money and live in a packed room of refugees.
Cheltenham flaas it silly and ruins itself imo.
You end up if you want some class and comfort get a hotel room 30 miles away.
It makes one think it's better to stay at home. Watch it exclusively on your 40 or 50 inch TV.
