Dead, retired or injured. The four best winners from last Cheltenham included.
What a very sad season. Other than the romance of the Tizzard stable, this has been the lowest key, most featureless season I can recall.
The darkest hour is just before dawn, so they say. Let's hope the sport's uplifting qualities come to the fore. It really has been dire.

Not sure Faugheen deserves to be in that list just yet, though it doesn't look great, no news has broke as of yet.

Admit though his price miles under-reflects his chance imo should be closer to 5 or 6 on here! Given that if turning up it would be his seasonal debut in a championship race, factor in what RR and WPM has said (read between the lines folks) u would have to make him at least a 5/2 poke on the morning of race day! Absolutely bookmakers will be out to get him!

If he's the fairest price of evs (50/50) to get there then surely he should be 6/1 nowConfused Given the level of support the animal has and the amount of sentimental bets i make him a 5.1 - 6 poke. At 4 - 4.5 i'm laying till the cows come home Cool Not cos i hope he don't make it, but because if he does make it, given the injury he had and the fact he will be going straight there. No horse is invincible! Has no one learned anything from what happened to 2 of the above named whom at one stage or another were 1.(stupid) with months to goConfusedCrazy
