Help with a Cheltenham blogger please

Hi guys, last year there was a blogger with the name Steve2015-2016. Weebly which gave me a lot of tips and pointers through the course of the season for the Festival which made it profitable for me.
This year he started a new one with the name Steve2016-2017.weebly(no surprises there then) which he started putting up bits and pieces then it just disappeared as did last years.i keep checking to no avail. Does anyone know of this site and has he changed the sites name completely.TIA.
