Been meaning to put a thread up about this lad since last week's demolition job.

The most eye catching performance by an Irish novice so far for me. Destroyed the field (including some race fit rivals) and hurdled pretty well for an ex flat horse on his first go. In fact the faster they went, the better it seemed to get.  Have taken the 38 on here for the Supreme and some 25/1 e/w.

Hopefully next stop the Royal Bond.

Nice bit of blue across oddschecker for this fella the past few days.

Seemingly because he looks like being the number one string from Closutton for the Royal Bond. Be interesting to see how the horse he beat last time, Valgor du Ronceray, fares against connections other horse, Aussie Reigns, at Thurles today.

I think this horse is probably the one that has slipped under the radar most.

Currently 5/2 fav for the Deloitte which is generally one of the best Cheltenham trials. I fancy him quite strongly this weekend, and he could be near fav for both the Supreme and the Neptune.

Having baked him iniItaly for the Supreme, Im hopeful that will still be the race for him. 16/1 and 20/1 respectively both look like nice prices to me NRNB.

I backed the other day in Neptune NRNB at 20/1, tempted to take some of the 16/1 NRNB in the Supreme just to make sure. This weekend will be interesting with the slight step up in trip, a good performance there would suggest Neptune?

Just pleased to see this thread finally get a post other than me Mischief

Ha to know bloob as Chanpagne Fever and Vautour both won this en route to the Supreme. Think it will be guess week all the way to Cheltenham regardless of what he does in this. Will depend on what else Ruby has I suppose as he will no doubt talk Willie into running this in whichever race he wants.

I've backed in both races in the confidence that I get my money back and the horse will be much shorter on the day whichever race they choose

I was hoping Chateau could be a supreme horse. I guess odds hint otherwise.

For gods sake i need my head read for the umpteenth time this season i have completely embarrassed myself on here

I have backed Saturnas for the Neptune 20/1 and any race at 14/1, Bunk off Early for Supreme at 25/1 and Capitaine for the supreme at 25/1 why i wrote Capitaine in the Saturnas thread in relation with the Deloite i will never know but there you go Blush

Don't be too hard on yourself, it's understandable you might get a bit confused with your bets at this time of year, after all you have gone your own personal acre or two in the Amazon jungle just to provide enough pulp for all your betting slipsWinkWink

Well considering Brelade finished 3rd, I think it's pretty obvious that wasn't his true running. Was beaten miles out.
