paid the price for being too close to the ferocious pace ,thort it would have been ridden to try and snatch a place late ,jock got ahead of his station imo ,mistake as well but in truth never been a brilliant jumper or a battler ,thought he would be played much later tbh

One of my favourite performances from a novice ever that jumping performance all those years ago from him in the Henry V111 at Sandown.
