Pubs/restaurants in Cheltenham

I'll be posting here my favourite places to go.

Starting with the boozers - and there's only one place to begin -

A quite fantastic place. Isn't a gastro-pub just proper food and drinks. I'm no real ale fan but their collection I'm told is second to none.

A great beer garden if the weather is decent. 2 minute walk from the High Street and a walkable 30 or so minutes to the Racecourse.
