there are plenty of shorties to take on at the festival , any suggestions which ones are worth a go,

Annie power looks very short at 7/4 for champion hurdle looks a decent lay to me.

Yamworth looks short enough at 4/5 in a very competitive neptune

Annie power has drifted massively this morning, rightly so in my opinion. Yanworth looks a good thing to me, id be reluctant to lay it....ive been laying vautour for some time now.

Min - priced on connections reputation.
AP - don't see what form entitles her to be fav for a CH, she might not even pitch up.
TBF Douvan and Yanworth look bombproof, provided they get there.....

Of all the current favourites, I'd want to take on:

Min: Very similar profile to Douvan and Vautour, but you could easily get 5/1 on Vautour during the week, and sooner or later I think one of these Ricci/Mullins Supreme horses will get beat.  Wouldn't be surprised if he bolts up though.

Annie: Champion or World.  She is a 2.5 miler and will be running at the wrong distance whichever of those two she goes for

Yanworth: Easily the best novice performance of the season, but if you missed the tasty prices earlier in the year, I couldn't go in at evens when there could be the likes of Yorkhill and Long Dog in the race.  Yanworth very much the one to beat though.

Jossies Orders: Anything can happen in the Cross Country, so I wouldn't take 5/2 for anything in that.

Bristol de Mai: I think Outlander should be favourite for this, and I think Shaneshill will finish in front of BDM too.  BDM has improved all year, but I think he prefers it soft, they didn't bother with Cheltenham last year, and he is only a 5 yo chaser, so I think is a bit young for this (don't normally back 5 yo chasers)

Ivanovich Gorbatov: After his last run I have no idea why he is still 5/1 favourite.  Not a race I usually get involved in, but if I do, there a few at longer odds that I'd rather back.

Short ones that I think will be very difficult to beat: Un De Sceaux, Thistlecrack, Limini and Douvan.

No more heroes - although he is a very good horse I just think more of that will have his measure and I would have him favourite imo
