section 4.3 e)  states that paddy power can collect and process information and communications on their forums - now b/f and pp have merged i am thinking this means we are not anonymous to paddy power any more and that they can link what we say now to our pp accounts - does anybody else know if this is fact or not?

Well to be honest I don't care as I asked for mine to be closed as what they were offering was an absolute joke. For example I wanted to place an ante post bet on the 2014 Troytown Chase on Gallant Oscar who incidentally was a non-runnerLaughthe max bet I was allowed at 10/1 was 39 whole penceCrazy needless to say I declined.

A joke of bookie as are Boyles, Corals, Laddies, oh and the SportsbookWhoops

SB just closed a market I and a few like minded individuals had been punting since last night - was limited to a max takeout of only £200 anyway - they dropped the price from 40/1 to 10/1 to 5/1 to no market in the space of 12 hours. Am now waiting for the twunts to void for some b0ll0cks reason. 1.01 their liability is under £2K.

Any wonder they've closed the market, must've been royally filled in if two unconnected posters on a national forum got the same info!

Well that was a bumpy ride, CCM! SB initially settled it as a loser, BWin still are doing! Still weighed in for most of it now.
Tell you what, it exposed some interesting book-making practices. Apparently, SB put the market back up on Saturday, with it newly installed as 4/7 jolly, limited to a tenner. However, you could have what you wanted on any of the others, which had all been pushed out to fancy prices. By then they 'knew' of course.......

Was trying to remember which thread it was to post this morning Des!! What actually happened then? Didnt manage to stay awake so googled the performance this morning and saw them run out to a completely different song. Assumed it had lost and thought no more about it until I logged in this morning, and saw Id been paid out?

Utterly bizarre. He came down the tunnel whispering the first couple of lines of Yellow, blink and you've missed it. He's into that Viva Vida number (whatever it's called) before he's even on stage.
I thought we were sunk, it was settled as a loser and then 20 mins later the cash is in my account. If you youtube it, you can just catch a bit of it.
It's like he was in on it and was having a bit of fun with us!
Still, the info was good, as expected.
Did you get The Foo Fighters steer last year?

Haha, quality. They must be sick. Who'd have thought Chris Martin was music's answer to Barney Curley Grin

I didn't, no... but by the sounds of it I wish I had!

Just seen it again. The version I saw earlier started when he ran on. Great stuff.

LaughLaughLaugh Barney Curley! Yep, he put us all away.
I love the idea that they thought they had dodged a bullet, particularly after re-opening and trying to get a load of dead money in on no-hopers. Then some eagle-eyed punter gets on the phone (probably Chris Martins Mum, she's had her pension on at all prices), "Oi, watch again, I think you'll find that Yellow copped".
Anyhow, a nice pre-chelters boost to the accounts, if War Sound obliges on Saturday my Festival is paid for, no further funds required.
The Foo's was a nice touch at last years Brits, obviously we have different sources - reassuring for us both probably!

On War Sound myself mate, but even if he romps home... I've got along way to go to cover my Cheltenham antepost bets. Gone mad this year!

Aye, but you're on a winner with Yanworth, that's cash in the bank.
I've gone steady this year and fingers-crossed-touch-wood, most of my positions are looking OK. I only bet decent odds ante-post anyway, so there are no guarantees I'll even back a winner, but nearly all are shorter now than when I got involved. I've a couple of multi's that are still looking OK for near six-figure amounts - half the battle is getting them to post!
If the week goes well though I can see me smashing into old Cuey and giving a chunk of it back!

Laugh Apologies Milton!
To be fair, there's no better place to hide sickening back-slapping than in a thread about privacy policy!
Maybe this should be the regular home for such nonsense, only those that can stomach it will be given the entry code......

LOL Duffy.
Hard lines on TF Milton's, I saw it as a viable alternative to UDS.
Ladbrokes ain't paying out CCM, I can't get on with them online anyway - but a pal of mine did at 4/1. They're saying they've already paid out on La Vida, so that's that. He could only get a score on, but you go to IBAS for a ton I reckon.

Cant get on with them either, and in my opinion, they are the worst of the lot... what a bunch of tw@ts. Hard to argue with it when you see the whole thing, surely? I reckon I would on principal!

They make it up as they go along!!! The day of Speculative Bid fiasco I had him win, win, double with Tanzeel at York, they paid me back my stake on Speculative Bid as did every other bookie I did the bet with but on the double they said it was a loser??? Bet365 paid me out on the double as a single, I had many emails with them but they weren't interested.

I also backed Champagne James nr/nb for the novice handicap on the first day of the festival with Sadbrokes and 365. He was a non runner 365 put the money back in my account about 11.40am on the Monday when he wasn't declared, whereas Saddies didn't refund until after the race had ran on the Tuesday. They are a dinosaur in the bookmaking industry and I closed my account after there offering me £1 on any selection. Pathetic
