If UDS is putting in sketchy its very unlikely to be behind.

Vroum vroum not to run in the Ryanair.
Being backed like she's going to turn up, paddy shortened up and all the signs are there for a run. But iv backed her huge at 14/1 nrnb and it's too good to be true. |

TOMBSTONE to flatten MIN.

I would say that MIN will piiss on the Tombstone - but that would be sacrilegious, so it would.

Agree completely with deepingfox

Besides, Min won't be running in The Neptune

Annie Power and UDS not winning.

Agree Min destroyed by a juggernaut called Tombstone.
|
|
By:
Also think that Tombstone is the only horse capable of turning over Min but I actually feel as though they will run him in the Neptune (wrong race for him imo) where he will run into the Yanworth monster. Therefore no upset in the supreme. For an upset I'm looking to UDS and Limini to get turned over.

Not really a shock as it happens to at least one every year but which of the main 'bankers' at the end of January doesn't make the festival due to a small setback that in actual fact isn't a setback but is being saved for or avoiding a particular opponent(s)
![]() Also, and not entirely related, but it is rumour month dun dun dunnnnnnn. ![]() |

If they are a banker they won't avoid anyone. Stupid thing to say

Where has all this Tombstone love come from? Turned over by Long Dog and half a length in front of Petit Mouchoir. Really don't get it. Neither horse in the top echelon at Closutton.

Tombstone tanked for 3/4 of the race last time with long dog setting his own pace up front, he then got shuffled back but still finished strongly, a faster 2 miles will suit perfectly...and.....so... YOU TELL MIN AND BELLSHILL AND ALL THE OTHER MULLINS RUNNERS THAT THE LAWS COMING....TELL EM I'M COMING.....AND HELL'S COMING WITH ME, YOU HEAR?? HELL'S COMING WITH ME ![]() |

Tombstone will put LD to sword if they meet again.

Barters Hill will come up against something with more speed and do him on the line. I don't think he'll win an Albert Bartlett getting pushed along for 2 out of the 3 miles.

Shaneshill was my banker of getting a favourite beat at the festival but it seems this thread has come a week too late! Personally finding Killutagh Vic ridiculously short in the same race now and would have to side with that being my favourite to take on. JLT starting to look like a deep race with Douvan-itis scaring the field away from the Arkle. Personally, Im more than happy to back a field of Bristol De Mai, Sizing John, Lami Serge, Zabana, Garde La Victoire against it.

Well all you Tombstone lovers the day of reckoning is here tomorrow, FWIW I'm with delsie777 here think he'll a decent horse for the future but expect Bellshill to have too many guns for him
I don't think Long Dog is one of WM top novices so I think all will become apparent or I hope it will! |
|
By:
I'm not sure a horse getting beat at odds against like Min can really be called an 'upset'. When I think of upsets, is when a real skinner goes in and all the fancied horses get beat. A Western Warhorse type scenario. Looking at the championship races then the QMCC and the RSA look the most obvious candidates to me. But if I knew who it was going to be, I wouldn't be posting on here!

with the way cooper is riding, i'll go for him not riding a winner, but many "unlucky" seconds.
