Hello mate.
I've been point to point and don't think I would bother again to be honest. Cost us 20 quid each to see a few races with about 4 or 5 runners and pretty much odds on favs in every race.all the same distance as well. I think 3m if I recall correctly. If it rained you would be well stuffed as no facilities....well apart from a portable toilet and a tea/burger van. |

Is that at Lockinge Howdi?
It's a cracking course. On a dry day point to point is the best days racing you can go to. Obviously not grade 1 racing, but get the boot open, picnic out and plenty of drink. Get up nice and close and be a part of grass root racing. |

I moved to scotland 18 months ago so it's a fair ol drive down to sunny Oxfordshire. Shame the "wife" didn't fancy it.
There are always uni girls about at points to please the eye. |

Brilliant day saw Sam Waley Cohen go belly up. Very country side dominated. Saw Coneygree which was great. My only negative bookies betting to 150%!!! One race 4-7Fave, Evens, 7-4 in a 5 horse race........rreally!!!!
