Of course I was looking to get on at best price as soon as it won, as I said victor chandler were offering 14/1 (I backed him there too) but corals were still standing the 20/1 for some time after it won. The point is, if they are to claim palpable error don't they have to cancel and reoffer the bet?
Big_Issue, is stealing when you take best price on a selection? If I had genuinely believed it was palpable error I would have stuck with the 14/1 from VC instead of taking the 8/1 obviously. |

Come off it you are not that stupid or naieve surely? You knew Corals had made a rick in not shortening straight away but yes they should have palped you and re-offered the bet

Do you know what his odds for Cheltenham were before the race at Doncaster?
If it was 20/1 pre race and 20/1 afterwards, then it suggests the traders fell asleep, or their useless website didn't update properly and they can claim it's a palp. |

he beat the fav for chelt bativiar at doncaster so oddsmakers highly unlikely not react within 30 secs of them finishing at donny

I placed the bet at 15:28, the race went off at 15:10. Corals have emailed me claiming the price was 8/1 despite my betslips clearly stating 20/1 on them (retained screenshot proof). It's clearly palp but my issue is when I contacted them to confirm the price the day prior to the race they failed to reply. In hindsight I guess I should have taken a price elsewhere that was already cut but it's hard to turn a profit in this game ignoring stand out prices. If corals settled at best industry price available at that time I would be happy. 8/1 was settled on some days after the race.
