when he won at sandown as a novice with a breath taking display of jumping I thought he'd have been a champion by now...never quite worked out since then as admirable as he has been.....anyone not seen it, watch it some time...fantastic display of jumping from a novice that day....the railway fences especially WOW

Absolutely right Duffy, was only saying that yesterday about Sandown nov chase. Hes always worth a go at big odds in the top races cos his jumping pretty much since then has let him down, but IF he does jump well hes as good as most.Yesterday I saw only 1 dodjy jump, and he nearly done it.
Hope you had a nice e/w bet Madman.
I did him ages ago on here at huge odds....on here to win

Not sure why they did not immediately retire Sprinter as he will never reach the heights of 2013 again and it's not fair on the horse when there is something not quite right with him. I think Nicky is just hoping for something to come up in the tests which they can treat and put him right but they have been looking for 2 years now and still none the wiser. Brilliant run by Somersby and great to see him run so well at the age of 11
