Do they want to accept bets on the Cheltenham festival?? Only race there going NRNB is the world hurdle, and that's only because there sponsoring it. For 1 of the biggest bookmakers in the country I find there stance on this shocking, by far the worst bookie of every on oddschecker regarding NRNB...

I don't like Lads. Their customer service is bullsh1t, they hardly take a bet and their site is utter garbage. But I don't mind a couple of bookies being bigger priced and NRNB. I've just backed a horse with Lads that was 40/1 with them bigest price when the next biggest price anywhere else was 33/1s and it was mostly 20/1. If shorter prices and NRNB is your thing fine but don't fall into the trap of thinking that slashed prices and NRNB is automatically better for punters.

Was just about to post the same thing.  I think its good that one or two are not NRNB because some people might prefer the bigger odds.  A few of my most recent bets have been with them.

Also, to be fair, my first ever customer service experience with them a couple of weeks ago was top class.  I was in such a rush to get the 16's on Beltor straight after the Adonis, I accidentally put Bidourney on at 16's on my phone.  Rang them up and said it was a mistake and didn't mean to put it on, and they gave me my stake back without any fuss.  Was expecting to be told to F Off because it was my mistake and the bet was taken, but they said it was no problem - went up in my estimation after that.

the answer is simple, if you don't like Laddies then don't bet with them, it's a free country

we live in a democracy, there is competition, if you don't like something, go elsewhere! plenty of other bookmakers to bet with

im a small stake punter and love doing multiples at Cheltenham.Lads are the only bookie in the town I live in.With many multiple entries its pointless betting until the nrnb kicks in.Another gripe is that they only do BOG from 12.00 in the shop but 9.00 online!I take it they would rather I logged into my account whilst in the shop before 12.00?Half the screens in the shop are advertising the latest FOBT game too.

And you do have to look at relative prices. I scanned through the Paddy prices yesterday and the drop in odds since NRNB on some horses are huge. Also the odds on the first 2 races in which they give money back if the favs. win have fallen. It is a good offer but if you choice wins you get a lower price in most cases. you have to weigh up the probability of a non runner (still probably 5% or more for all horses with a week to go) against the odds on offer.

Tried to top up my bet on Gigginstown top owner this morning with Lads at their stand out 9/4. Max stake £12.50. Same on Cooper top jock at 10/1. Surely these are the type of bets they should love to lay?

Absolute joke outfit.
