How small might the Supreme field be?

I'm sure Mullins will leave a lot of his in till last minute. Only a maximum of 22 can run and I wouldn't be surprised to see a minimum field of 18 on the day. Can't see it dipping down to 12 like it did in 2013!

I don't see a small field at all 14 plus probably nearer max what makes you think a small field ???

in the end I think many will dodge Douvan and L'Ami Serge. I know there will be 3 Mullins runners - one for each owner - but yeah, maybe 12-14?
What about the other part of the thread - is there some eachway value? Sizing John perhaps? DeB thought he had a good one until he met Douvan.

14 seems sensible and yes I think your right looking for ew value. Bentelimar, Shaneshill and Seedling all look capable of a big performance in my eyes.

Well I've had a bit on Sizing John before the latest decs. I think he is the value for a place as I still see this cutting up more than expected. Douvan is frightening off the oppo - though not L'Ami Serge unfortunately!

Should that be 4 from Mullins - Douv, TUM, Shanes, Al Ville ?

yeah looks a smallish field, Outland, NC and Mckinly to come out for certain and possible that Alvisio Ville and TUM could both be directed at the Neptune. Would leave potentialy a field of 12!
