Final Declarations

Here are the times of the final declarations for some of the races where horses have multiple entries. It can be useful as there are often a few shocks, especially with the destinations of the Novice Hurdlers and Chasers, and bookies can be a little bit slow to update prices on some of the other races affected by declarations. For example, when the declarations come out for the Supreme on Monday you can then take all those declared out of the markets for the Neptune and Albert Barlett, and the bookies take a while to update the connected race markets. We were able to get 13/2 about a runner in the Albert Bartlett a few years back when its main market rivals were all declared in the Neptune on the Tuesday morning. It shortened to 4/1 favourite within an hour and won at 11/4.
