I am fully aware that BJG will be riding P&C - as he is indeed the retained rider for NH, my question was simply, who's the best of the 2. I have since recieved a private message from DJ's milkman who tells me that he has been told (in complete confidence I must add) that DJ thinks that P&C is a dog who got incredibly lucky... and that BDM is indeed the real deal.

I'd rather take notice of the man aboard especially given that Twisters will convince himself of what he wants to be the case. My view is I'd like to see him on decent ground before committing but on soft round I think he will take some beating.

Just saying what he said eternal, choose to believe him or not,that's the choice. Don't think I would always trust trainers myself,but if he were entered on decent ground I would not be worried about backing him. Think he could be a real goodun,especially when he goes chasing.

Peace And Co has yet to prove he can handle quicker going yet. They both might be fine on it, they both may not. I've always believed if you look that good on soft going you love the soft, and I doubt be as good on the quicker surface.

Alleged, all horses have a preference. Good uns might be able to cope but they are better on one than the other. A horse can not be as affective on soft as they are on fast, or vice versa.
