current champ and fav for next years event  more of that will be hard to beat if he lines up and no reason to believe he wont progress after a very light n.h campaign and 5 wins from 5 runs  and no doubt the one to beat! only negative is the shortish price and at this stage I would be inclined to take him on with a few at bigger prices ,one who ticks a lot of boxes is nicky hendersons BEAT THAT who can be backed at around 10s with the books ,hendo has said that last season  he was a shell of a horse but has filled out  and with improvement expected  an each way interest could be rewarded next march

yeah he could be , and as said earlier most likely  winner at this stage ,but anything can happen and at the prices beat thatis one who could be a lot shorter come the day and  appeals  each way ,hendo is having a" stable tour" in the r.post today and it will be interesting to see what he says about beat that , bjg seems keen , and his form is starting to stack up with cole harden ,very wood ,shannahans turn franking the form this season!

I like Beat That in this as well Foyles. I'd rather take the 7's with PP to win any race though as you're covering the RSA with that as well.

I reckon Beat That and Briar Hill will be tougher competition for MOT than what he faced last year.
