I thought that was a pretty disappointing run yesterday but interesting to not the trainer says he was more than happy with it as the horse wants further and softer. We'll see, not convinced myself.

couldn't jump....got himself in a right old tangle at times.

The trainer has just had Deputy Dan beaten at 1/2, too. Maybe both horses needed the run, perfectly plausible.

nice for the owner after losing 2 horses recently.
I thought he jumped like a horse that is g1. Clearly has a lot to beat between hear and cheltenham. |

Not a puffin billy fan, when I watch him race I just can always see him falling to pieces at some point, probably influenced by how it all fell apart for him over hurdles.
