bookie's offers complicated issues as they had the tills filled up with tenners for nags that did not meet their criteria ... h/f ..b/w and others, all offers well beat at business end ,max --tenner .creating work ??
did we all learn anything ......
felt a bit mug -like when saw waiting on a particular horse last day to see it walk in market been available for months and FAV and short price all along .
ante- post nearly gone now with so many different races distances to try etc entries to leave their boxes in bad weather on and on it goes .. confused .. a bit like most people .
interfere with nature at your peril .. re watering ..brick hard in may onwards ... no problem .fair to all horses not not watering systems ...........less runners so ..what ,,..?dog derby 6 runners ... ..

my following festival bets were :
had 100 pound trixie first day champaigne fever, MTOY and quevaga bit of a sickener had to work weds and thurs didnt see any racing thou backed annie power antepost all winter for the stayers to win about 3K, layed stake off thou and made 100 quid had 100 on on his own in gold cup, thou layed back 200 at 7/2 in stewerds feel your pain !! |

congratulations , one of the few success stories .......
at one time it, was an offence, to encourage anyone to bet ,if you had a bookmakers licence .. now, the country have become alcoholic gamblers . now, u bet 180 choices ,in a football game ? confused a bit yes >.. opportunities to lay, did not exist as much as it does to-day . keep up good work , and enjoy your success while it lasts . if an insurance chance comes up to cover yourself in pearl ..like CASH -BACK A bird in hand worth 2 in bush , changing times,   some for better options sure ? |
