Especially when i look up at the panoramic through the binoculars and see those thick blondies full off make-up with an old grey haired fella ... picking their horses out of the programme ...

Each to their own but on the way in I see all The Sun promotions being lapped up and on the way out listen to '....and I would walk 500 more' being belted out at Krakatoa volumes to drunken accomaniment, I just thank God I'm not in there.

As I walked out yesterday Sweet Delilah was being belted out, and like Roger, I just thought his lucky I was!

how much are tickets for best mate ??

i paid £60 for club, tues, weds and thurs and £90 friday.

you got the best close up of a horse all week,

170 for season ticket gets you a private tent with seats and empty bar/tote terminal/coat rack.great viewing outside of all the track and a big screen opposite,loads of space to the right of best mate stand - we go in tatts for last race to remind ourselves of why we go in best mate -.

your right in the thick of the football crowd but don't even know they re there.

wouldn't have club or tatts given to me (unless to sell on)

I think Best Mate offers the best view of the racing if that's all you want to go for
