Watching races past 4pm

Racing Uk wanted to charge our local an obscene amount of money for RUK so post 4pm we thought we would stream the last few races from the bookies  - it's been a bloody nightmare! Has anyone else had the same issue or is it due to the fact the world and his wife are all logging on??
