I know its a gimmick... but 5/1 on the Irish to have more winners seems massive to me.

All depends on Willie Mullins really. Won't win it unless he was a great Festival.
Agree. But think the price is worth the risk myself!
Problem CCM is the handicaps. Think the 3 miler tomorrow only has Martin's horse and then two in the last. You'd be thinking they are two UK winners straight away. Ireland are poorly represented in a lot of the handicaps plus the handicapper is rarely generous to the Irish trained runners......seems to be very suspicious of them in fact!
Also think last year was the first time Ireland had more winners.....and at 13-13, I think we were all relying on Tony Mullins in the Grand Annual. Produced the goods though with Alderwood!

It does not all depend on WPM. Last season the Irish had 14 winners, WPM had 5 of them.
Looks a poor bet to me given it was the first time Ireland came out ahead.

paddy has made a pigs ear of their number of irish trained winners market
haven't took the 5/1 for 14 but on 9+, 11+ and 12+, a lot of it traded off though
