It agree with your reasoning and comments about the race but the one that stands out for me is Sizing Europe.

You could be right of course, but Sizing Europe hasn't done much this year. Loves Cheltenham of course, so he could light up on the day.

I agree also but if you're backing him on the exchange on here be aware that his trainer was quoted in last week's Weekender saying he'd be likely to go for the Byrne Group Plate on the Thursday.
Looking at Oddschecker, you can get same price on Sportsbook here with NRNB guarantee. The fact that he's still in at 6 day stage is encouraging - but I have n't seen any quotes from Hobbs since then. |

He was third last year but he was beaten 25 lengths, only beating three horses. No harm in trying but with improvement at his age unlikely is that really going to be good enough to win?

it depends how you read the form I suppose, take the extraterrestrial out and he was beaten 6 lengths by Sizing Europe last year - his form this season is pretty consistent (apart from Aintree fto), he won the same handicap at Cheltenham on Festival Trials day that he won 3 years ago off 8lb higher, stable in better form this season than last so there are grounds to expect him to bridge the gap with Sizing Europe - the latter's form looks regressive but, again, he could well look a different horse on good ground at the Festival (will help his jumping no end).
My main concern with Wishfull is he looked tapped for toe half a mile from home in the Paddy Power before running on again so 2m in a Championship race on decent ground may see him taken off his feet but that's factored into the price for me. Not backed him yet but actually tempted to have small win bets on him and Sizing and a little bit on the reverse forecast. You'd expect one of the younger ones to improve past them but, for me, there are question marks against all of them. |

if this ground keeps drying out think sizing is a knocking e/w bet against this lot

I backed him for Ryanair looks like thats his trip.
I think he will struggle this trip but would love him to run well. In great form too |

He should be running in the Ryanair really, but 33/1 for last year's third in the QMCC isn't the worst bet in the world.

I'm in the Sizing Europe camp 16/1 is a great EW bet. I'd expect broomhead to have him 110% for this as it would most probably be his swansong. If they go real hard upfront i'd expect lynch to sit in about 3rd or 4th making use of sizing's jumping and I can see him jumping his way to the front about 2-3 out. We will then see if he's still got it. I think if he runs to 168 he'll place and I still think he has 1 more 168-170 performance in him. Best horse in the race just gotta hope age hasn't caught up with him and hopefully spring ground and Cheltenham bring him alive once again.
16/1 EW with totesport NRNB get stuck in because it's one of the best bets of this years festival. |

WT come out of the Byrne Group Plate now, I'm beginning to wish they'd run him in the Ryanair but they probably won't because they have Menorah for that in the first time cheekpieces.

WT & SE ew both seem good bets. They were better bets a couple of weeks ago mind!
