The last piece of value left for the Gold Cup.
Has some very patchy form but the form it shoowed to the win the grade 1 novice race at Punchestown in April is exceptional form. Only run once this season finishing a credible 4th in the King George.
Running in the Bobbyjo Chase next weekend. If it wins it won't be 200/1

We always knew he was a good horse but his jumping let him down. We´ve done all sorts with him and he´s been to Con Power, who has done a lot of work with him. He´s had his critics but he has a real engine. I don´t know what we´ll do next year but I think he has to go right-handed.-Gordon Elliott, trainer.

Other than having a look at what else Mullins has got in his arsenal i take no notice too what happens in "the after the lord mayors show festival"
Love this horse to bits, and really think if it's softish ground he has a huge chance at Punchestown Gold Cup.
But would touch him with stolen going left handed. There is always that section of people who believe Captain Chris form in King George means he has a chance in Gold Cup, fight his case, back him and the horse jumps right so much he ends up running 3m5f.
Those people will love Mount Benbulben for this race, and will probably back him and Captain Chris this year too

ive backed captain chris but only for sheckles at huge odds
Any horse winning a competitive grade 1 two starts ago by 22 lengths needs to be respected.

Mount Benbulben is still unexposed and never run at Cheltenham in a chase so not sure how you can call me a "sausage head" and "idiot".

much much better animal going right handed, its a million imo for the gold cup.
