His NHF Race win was very reminiscent of a Sprinter Sacre romp, he's built in the same mould, and Barry Geraghty mentions him at the forefront of his thoughts for the new season.
He is being backed like he is SS-mark 2, the big questions is - IS HE? If you think he is, then 12s is massive, if you're in any doubt then its probably not. |

Just watched he's bumper win and the way he cruised to the front on the bridle was scary! Took the 10/1 with betvictor with the nrfb offer, this could be some horse.

Yeh,ive taken the bet as well.Bit unusual for me ,normally wait till I see them jump, but have a feeling about this one and think he could be a lot shorter after the weekend. Entered at Wincanton on Sat and Ffos Las on Sun, my moneys on Ffas Las!!

This is one very exciting prospect. I heard great reports before I ever sat on him and once I’d ridden him work I could understand why that was. He goes like a really good horse and although you often have “morning glories” this certainly isn’t one because he couldn’t have been more impressive when we won his Kempton debut in March by six lengths. He’s by a great sire in King’s Theatre. I’m really looking forward to schooling him as soon as we get some nice ground. I reckon Ffos Las too, disappointed he's so short, but one of the most exciting prospects this season. |

Heavy all round at Ffos Las, despite the owner i cant see them wanting to give him its debut over hurdles in a bog. Also looking at its bumper its not like it beat tree's either, all the horses in behind have since won and have lines of form with other good bumper performers such as Red Sherlock. Cetainly an exciting prospect!

Yep, careful with ante-post bets here, sounds like they wont run him on Soft or worse.

Wjen was / is the Ffos Las race?

this sunday mate

Looks a tough race on Sun...already 6-4, which is no value against Sea Lord and The Liquidator.
Unfortunately WW is on so many people´s to follow list that he will never be value unless he gets beat on Sun. |
By:
He is only one people's lists due to connections telling everyone really. Fair play to them.
By:
I'm looking forward to seeing him run out this season |
By:
A win for Legacy Gold tomorrow would be a boost to the form.
By:
Is this horse real?
Been entered about 10 times over the last 2 weeks but still no sightings!!! ![]() |
By:
entered Kempton on Monday next week.but will we see him??
gotta be out soon surely. |
By:
Really like the look of this horse but think his antepost price is pathetic. It would be different if he had won one of the big end of season bumpers. People are comparing him to Sprinter Sacre but he was available at 14s on the day of the Supreme and had shown a ton more than WW has so far. What's the shortest price you can see him going off on the day in March?
By:
It is a shocking price at this stage. Ante-post prices just get shorter and shorter but tbf if their are mugs backing them then bookies don't need to dangle any carrots.
By:
one mug here
although I think 10 nrfb is ok......if he turns out as good as being made out that could well look value,if he don't at least I will have a free bet on the day, would not be backing at that price without that, especially as I don't normally do bets without seeing them jump. |
By:
runs on monday

Budde. With that concession it removes a big part of the risk so fair enough. |

Bubble Burst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By:
Oh boy. He got well beat there.

By:
many Hendo horses running poorly on seasonal debut
makes me think Rolling Star must be special |
By:
Many win too Judo.
By:
Rolling star did have a bit of that wow factor though didn't he, just the impression he gave when winning that race on saturday, very impressive.
By:
Nicky Henderson said B Geraghty said West Wizard took a massiveblow turning in & 1 or 2 horses are needing a run at the moment.Retains faith
By:
yeah they are needing a run, his schedule has always been to have them blossom in the spring
just need to be careful with seasonal debutants |
By:
That was flat though, these early..ish season kempton meetings hendo all but goes through the card doesn't he?
By:
He had a 5 time acca on the card a couple of years back.
Fwiw, PFN is saying the same thing about his horses this season. Reckons loads need more conditioning. Interesting how Just A Par runs next time out, then! |
By:
Yes that 5 timer, he had another 3 at huntingdon I think it was on the same day .
By:
bollox he aint good enough

2 years ago 7 winners 3 meetings 96 minutes
12.30 Kempton: Darlan is never off the bridle when winnning by 6 lengths. 12.50 Ffos Las: Top Of The Range drew eight lengths clear after the final flight. 1.00 Kempton: Chablais has an exercise canter to score by 16 lengths. 1.10 L Ludlowudlow: Owen Glendower is eased down to finish1¼ lengths ahead. 1.30 Kempton: Whoops A Daisy works hard after the last to win by 2 lengths. 1.45: Foxbridge was always in command. Won by 2½ lengths. 2.00 Kempton: Mossley makes mistakes but scores easily by 10 lengths. |
By:
"Barry said he took a massive blow turning in and it may turn out he was beaten by a very reasonable horse on the day."
That sounds like faint praise for the winner from Henderson. |
By:
I think the point should be that if he was as good as cracked up to be, he should have been winning this even if not fully fit, shouldn't he
