cheers budd heres the full report from hobbs stable tour on the captain ,considering the heavy ground was much softer than he likes, he ran a blinder in last years king g, just being caught buy long run after being in front at the last . he,d also been placed in it the year b4 ,so well aim to make it 3rd time lucky . as he always jumps to the right he needs to go that way round ,only so many races we can aim for ,and the 1st part of his campaign will have a familier look .he will start back on nov 23 rd in amlin chase ,theres an outside chance we could be tempted by the haldon gold cup if the ground came up soft ,though the exeter race only 18 days b4 the amlin and the 2m trip is too short .he is in good form . although rising 10 he didnt start racing untill he was 6 so hopefully he will go on for longer. his idiosynchrocracy is a nuisance and something we have to live with ,but despite that he has been a tar for us.
